Updating remote, non-agent, EventSentry services after installing patch 6.0.1.60

The EventSentry release/patch 6.0.1.60 includes updated Qt DLLs which are automatically updated on the host where EventSentry was installed with the full installer. If an EventSentry service like the collector was installed on a remote host however, then the Qt DLLs will have to be updated along with the update to the executable. The following EventSentry services installed on remote hosts will need to receive the updated DLLs:

• EventSentry ADMonitor (DB Gateway Utility)
• EventSentry Collector
• EventSentry Network Services
• EventSentry Heartbeat Monitor
• EventSentry Sync

Note: The EventSentry Agent does not utilize the Qt DLLs

The following DLLs need to be updated on the remote host(s) and show version 5.15.18.0:

• Qt5Core.dll
• Qt5Xml.dll

The quickest and easiest way to update all components and DLLs on a remote host is to use the remote update feature:

• Open the EventSentry Management Console
• Locate the host running the remote service(s) in the Computer Groups and select it
• Select "Manage -> Upgrade Agent" from the ribbon and select "Go"
