How to set the Agent service Debug Level to High and send logs to EventSentry Support.

1. Set Debug Level: In the EventSentry Management Console, navigate to Services and set the debug level to High. Setting the debug level to High has little to no impact on the resource utilization of the agent.


2. Save Configuration: Go to Home -> Save (or click the Save icon) to push the changes.

3. Collect Logs: The log files are located in:
%systemroot%\system32\eventsentry\logs\eventsentry_svc*.log, up to 2 log files may exist.

4. Upload: Compress the log files into a .zip and upload them to your account at https://store.netikus.net/account. Click File Upload on the left menu.

Important Notes:
• Remote Access: You can access logs on remote hosts via the ADMIN$ share:
\YOURSERVER\admin$\System32\eventsentry\logs (Replace YOURSERVER with the actual hostname).

• Cleanup: **To disable debugging, follow these steps again but set the level back to **Low.
