You can setup jobs in EventSentry in order to email you any report in any interval you'd like, for example every 24 hours. Almost any reports in the EventSentry web reports (see
http://demo.eventsentry.com) can be saved as a report and scheduled as a job.
I'm not sure if I understand your question regarding the port. The central collector service in EventSentry just has one port open that all the agents communicate with via a TLS-encrypted channel.
The EventSentry reporting will show all data (event logs, performance, ...) associated with the host name, not IP addresses. The reported IP addresses are either those configured on the monitored hosts (assigned to the network cards), or the IP addresses which are associated with the monitored hosts. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I understand the question entirely, so please let me know if that does not answer your question.
