- Free bug fixes for the lifetime of the product: If you discover a bug, even when your support & updates have expired, then you will receive a fix for free.
Upgrades
If you have previously purchased EventSentry and your maintenance expired more than 60 days ago, then you can purchase an upgrade
for 50% of the current purchase price. For example, if you purchased a 10-host license 3 years ago but did not renew your support and updates, then
you can purchase a 10-host license for USD 349.00. Please contact support if you wish to purchase an upgrade.

60-Day Refund Policy
If an EventSentry feature advertised by NETIKUS.NET
ltd does not work as described and you report this
problem within 60 days after the day of purchase
(see http://www.eventsentry.com or the Help document
for details on features) then you will get your
money back if NETIKUS.NET ltd is not able to provide
a fix within 20 working days.
