Only some of our HP servers show information about the installed fans,

The HP Insight Management WBEM (WMI) extensions need to be installed for this information to be available in the hardware inventory of the web reports. EventSentry retrieves this information via WMI, from the root\HPQ namespace. If you do not see information for power supplies, fans or temperature sensors, then make sure that the HP WBEM extensions are installed (and working) on that server.

You can verify that the WBEM extensions are installed correctly by running this command in the command line:

wmic /namespace:\root\HPQ PATH HP_WinNumericSensor get description

Running this command should list all installed (and monitored) temperature sensors of the server.

In order to retrieve information about the RAID status, EventSentry requires that the "HP Smart Storage Administrator CLI" also be installed, you can find that here.
